The three-layer sintered wire mesh is made through the sintering process, consisting of three layers of stainless steel wire mesh. This process involves specially stacking and pressing the three layers of stainless steel wire mesh under vacuum conditions to permanently bond them together. It is a unique material with excellent mechanical properties, easy to shape, cut, weld and stamp, and can be processed into various shapes such as circular, cylindrical, conical, and pleated. This metal film can effectively replace filter cloth or single-wire woven steel mesh, and the three-layer sintered mesh has uniform pore size, is not prone to deformation, has stable filtration accuracy, is easy to clean, and is an ideal material for purification and filtration.
